“We stayed in the Costa Rican bungalow and it was absolutely perfect for our first “dog vacation” The bungalow had a fully equipped kitchen (EVERYTHING you might need is there - pots, dishes, appliances etc etc.). The bed was super comfy and the whole place is beautifully decorated with unique touches everywhere. Plus there’s a big comfy porch with a sliding gate so you can spend a relaxing afternoon outside with your pup. The location is in walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants....

“I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. When i went back down to the desk to ask i was told there was probably a maintenence problem.They did offer us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the bed size. When we...

“From start to end the staff was amazing, very clean , animals are welcomed with a small fee, I will definitely return . Close to stores like dollar tree , Walmart , gas station, different food choices all in walking distance, 2 min from beach”

“Room was dirty. Sheets were covered in hair. Shower floor had loose hair. Sink was still dirty from remnant toothpaste”

“This place is truly a hidden gem. It’s our second year visiting, and we love it just as much as the first time. The staff is wonderful, and the whole atmosphere feels like home. I do miss the bikes they used to have, though.”

“We got there around 5pm on 5/1 and soon found out there was no hot water! My wife had to take a cold shower. I could not take a hot shower until mid day on 5/2. I would like a partial refund please.”
