"We had a lovely 4 days rooms and bedding of the highest quality. Staff were always attentive and helpful. Love the coffee machines on each floor. Only demerit was that the coffee at breakfast was not to same high European coffee standard in the rooms. If you love coffee take your own to the restaurant.,"

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay and visit to Charleston. The Vendue staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given Champagne during registration which was a fun touch. Familiar faces were always there to greet us as we came and went. In the evenings, sherry and a sweet treat were available in the lobby. Every morning we had a goody bag with croissant and fruit. The only problem we had was the first night we didn’t get our room in the Enclave, but the 2nd night they moved us over and everything was great. Walkable distance to many sights, art galleries, and restaurants. Fabulous!"

"The front desk staff was more than awesome. I had a small problem with my room and Ken, the front desk person not only brought me a new key to another room he even helped me move all of my belongings including my cat. He waited to make sure everything was perfect and when the tv showed a lost signal message he even moved furniture to ensure that the connection was indeed the problem. It was. He definitely went above and beyond. Upon checkout after a nice breakfast buffet, the receptionist wanted to make sure that my second room was totally up to expected standards. Not only are they pet friendly(cats and dogs 30$) the rooms are spotless, and the morning view was filled with yachts in a marina. A definite stop every time we pass through Charleston."
