"There was an issue of excessive noise (doors slammed, tv’s cranked way too loud, yelling in the hallway/ect) Saturday nite tween 10 pm and 1 am. I called the front desk and alerted them to the issue at midnight. This may have been the aftermath of a kids bday party earlier in the afternoon that took over the entire pool and outside lounge area. Like 20+ kids and their parents. I think the hotel did the best they could with the rowdy parties, so I don’t hold the staff responsible. The hotel could have more security as I did not see any other than at the front door. But I would without hesitation stay here again. "

"The room was lovely as were the pool and restaurant. Also the little shop was great. We did not have WiFi at all and on day 4 we lost power and water. The staff seemed totally helpless and had no idea when it would be restored. We were refunded by Travelocity and moved to the Westin. "
