We had a wonderful stay and the service really stood out. From the moment we arrived, Fernando greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the servers at breakfast. Fabulous location. Truly steps away from the Alhambra entrance. Very tranquil and nicely finished. Beautiful and safe walk down into town - nature filled locarion. I will be back!!

The room was fantastic, huge comfortable very quiet and well equiped. Parking was for extra fee, near indoor accessible w some difficulties for small car. Excellent location, helpful staff.

Amazing hotel, staff and everything ... lovely views one of the best

Siam at the front desk made our trip wonderful. She guided us with maps, tour set-ups, and most of all: kindness. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and we had an amazing balcony room with a view of Alhambra. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Note: Like many European hotels, there is no elevator.

We enjoyed. Nice clean room with a great view of the cathedral. Friendly staff. Covered parking for a fee. And nice that they accept dogs for a small charge. Enjoyed our stay!

My stay was superb. In my travel from Madrid to La Costa Del Sol I found this Gem. A family operated hotel in an amazing beautiful area with astonishing views a beautiful sunsets over looking the Sierra Nevada and villages surrounding it.
