“Excelente cabaña y súper cómoda”

“Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and perfect for a quick night stay. DIdnt like that I had to put $150 down but it is supposed to come back to me so thats fine. Also the front desk was very upfront/clear about that and I like straight forwardness.”

“Upon entering the hotel it seemed to be a place to party. The Hotel smelled like cigarettes. My daughter felt uncomfortable being in this hotel. Waited 10 minutes at front desk for staff to check us in. The hotel was extremely outdated annd smelled. Asked staff at desk to refund hotel room and they refused to refund hotel through Expedia. I would strongly discourage anyone to stay in this hotel. I have stayed at country inn and suites before this was by far the worst.”

“We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

“tv never had signal so we could not watch anything. Thankfully we had ipad Stayed on 2nd floor and kids ran up and down hallways well into the night keeping noise!!!!”

“The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance.”

“The entire place stank of cigarettes, the room was worse. Active leak on 2nd floor at entry. building exit door key card readers didn’t work; huge problem especially during in climate weather. the shower door leaked badly which caused a mess to clean up. Really enjoyed working while I should have been resting. The TV was tiny and the volume was controlled so you couldn’t hear it but you could hear all the loud people and their crying/screaming kids. “I never leave negative reviews and overall we loved the hotel. Beware, however, the hotel charged me a balance remaining between them and Expedia stating I needed to seek a refund from Expedia for them underpaying my stay. I paid the same price on Expedia as the advertised hotel rate. I was also charged for parking on property and did not. I’ve left messages since my stay for the GM and have not heard back him.”
