"I booked this resort far in advance based on the great reviews. The resort contacted me about 10 days before arrival and claimed I had I cancelled my reservation. I immediately contacted them to confirm I did not cancel and I planned to check-in unless prohibited by travel restrictions. Shortly thereafter they closed the resort and cancelled my reservation but refused to refund my payment or give me a credit for a future visit.
