"Personnel gentil, on nous a surclassé dans un chalet car problème technique dans la chambre réservée, on est arrivé tardivement et l'arrivée s'est bien passée de façon autonome suite à l'sms reçu, le chalet est spacieux et dispose d'une cuisine, mais quelques points négatifs : pas de lit bébé alors que confirmé par téléphone la veille, aucune serviette de bains alors que la chambre réservée est censée en contenir, les lits ne sont pas confortables , pas de produit de lave vaiselle (boîte vide)...

"When we arrived we received heartfelt apologies that the heating was not working (and autumn chill had just set in). There was however an open fire in the dining room. The meal was acceptable, but not outstanding. I don't know if we were suffering from an end of season situation. There was no offer of any reduction from our bill as a measure of good will."

"If you are going to Soissons then we would highly recommend you stay at this property . It was amazing , the bed was so comfortable and the ambiance of the house was delightful, our host was excellent and went out of his way to look after us , giving us an early breakfast so we could get an early train . House was within easy reach of the train station in a very high class part of the town "

"A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less. "This place is horrendous and Hotels.com should de-list it immediately. They tried to put us in an ancient Caravan that looked like it hadn't been used for years. Seriously I would be reluctant to put our dog in it. The Fridge was being cleaned (outside the Caravan) when we arrived but we couldnt quite see anything due to the flies swarming around it. The bedding also looked dirty and grubby. We had no choice but to immediately get back in the car and find somewhere else. I asked for my money...

"Nous avons réservé ce studio pour 4 nuit, sauf que nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'y être logé... nous avons eu un mobile-home défraîchi, sans eau chaude, puisque le chauffe eau ne fonctionnai pas, du coup nous avons demandé l'intervention du propriétaire qui est venu voire et n'est jamais revenu pour le réparer. La lumière extérieure, sur la terrasse ne fonctionne pas non plus et le camping n'a aucun éclairage la nuit. L'entrée ressemble plus à une déchetterie qu'à un camping 3 étoiles ( amas...
