“Flora 지역에서 일주일 간의 출장 동안 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 조용하고 작은 동네라 업무가 끝나고 들어오면 돌아다니기보다는 방에 주로 머물었는데 제가 예약했던 스위트룸은 방과 욕실 크기 모두 넉넉해서 사용에 불편함이 없었네요. 아침 뷔페 또한 제가 좋아하는 스타일이었습니다. Flora 지역에 머물 예정이시라면 Best Western Inn을 추천 드립니다!”

“Rude staff - acted like my presence at check-in was nothing but a nuisance. The carpet in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Absolutely no free continental breakfast - the small dining area's lights were off and no food or coffee was available all 3 days we stayed there. This was the only hotel to stay at in this small town, so we had no choice.”

“We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. ”

“Basic customer service. Somewhat clean but scratchy area. Room smelled like cat urine. Bathroom dated and had mold on tile in tub and rust in bottom of toilet . Was anxious to leave next morning”
