“The Swan Hotel is easily among the best I have stayed in my travels. The town of Arundel is charming, and the Swan Hotel is located in the heart. It is a well-maintained hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. I had a wonderful lamb Sunday roast with a great pint of cider. The room was cozy and quiet, with a superb view of the town and castle. “The hotel was very clean, everything was easy, and it was exactly what we needed for a one night stay before heading to the airport. A special mention to staff member Simon on reception who was brilliant to us.”

However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. Member of staff on duty Patricia looked after me amazingly, coffee, helped me find cable etc....above and beyond, excellent service, thank you Patricia for turning a bad day into a better one !”
