“The room was dirty and smelled musty and of urine. The hallways have all broken down ice machines and the breakfast was non-existent.”

“This small locally owned motel is a well-preserved and maintained facilty from the 50s or 60s that has been upgraded with all the modern amenities. The staff was extremely professional and greeted us warmly and graciously. Unlike most chain hotels today the property is also attractively landscaped and buffered from the street and the parking lot. It is convenient to I-91 and the downtown restaurants as well. We will recommend it to anybody traveling to the area.”

“The check in process was very frustrating. I booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to access my reservations through their online booking portal. A lodge TV at gas rooms dates in the 70s should probably have staff to check in if they can’t keep up with the technology”

“As a single tired woman traveling, I was a little leery of Brattleboro, the gent who checked me in was very pleasant, the room was fine for a one nighter! My only “bummer” was that the coffee wasn’t working. But there was enough food all around the area to accommodate that !”

“Hotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.”

“I found that the room was a little bit cold. Except for that, everything was fine. Staffs were kind, room was clean and quiet (although I could slightly hear the guy in the next room sneezing), breakfast was acceptable.”
