Everything was perfect...the hotel was a quiet oasis in the middle of a bustling town. Impeccable decor, comfortable beds, immaculate rooms, huge, clean shower, great bathroom products. They even provided mosquito repellent in the rooms. Located a few steps from the best restaurants in town. Next time we're in Merida, we'll be back to stay!

Amazing property! We only went for one night, and we plan on going back for 3-4 nights next year. The location is a little out of the main part of town but easily walked. We had a car. The beach goes on forever and is right across the street. The room was gorgeous. The water was hot, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast delivered was an extra perk. We will be back!

Beautiful, peaceful oasis in a great location for walking to all the lovely leafy plazas. Wonderful breakfasts in the most beautiful garden courtyard. The staff are kind, helpful, sweet and generous at all times of day or night. The entire experience of this hotel, from the beautiful front gate to the rooms, setting, colors of walls and fabrics, and fantastic staff… just spectacular. We were in Merida for eight days and we LOVED this hotel! It was small, well-kept and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect about 6 blocks north of the Plaza. Down the street from the hotel was the Negrita Cantina; a must-visit place. We'll definitely be staying at Koox Casa de las Palomas again on our next visit!

The Hotel Haciendo was our perfect oasis from the heat and pace of spending the day exploring Merida. The service was truly impeccable, and having breakfast available every morning was a great and delicious way to start the day. We would absolutely stay here again!

A heavenly place, beautiful, with delicious food and with a gorgeous, Italian vibe to the place. Our room was lovely, and the pool was a great way to start the day. Service was attentive and warm. Highly recommend.

Excellent choice for adults that want to rest without having to hear screaming kids. Rooms was super big, all amenities..., mini fridge, coffe, bath robes. Excellent breakfast included. I will recomend it!

We loved the Piedra de Agua Hotel!! LOCATION LOCATION!!! Located 1/2 block from Plaza de Armas/Catedral, shopping and great restaurants. Staff at hotel was awesome, they went beyond to make us feel comfortable, provide us with lots of area details, they even accompany us to the church were we had a wedding. Food was great!!! People cooking and serving us were incredible!!! LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!

We had a great stay, the staff, the room, the location everything was just what we expected or better. I stayed with my wife for a weekend and will go again anytime. The location is great, walking distance to the town, restaurants and the beach is amazing. The tour to swim with the shark-wale, amazing “a must go if, in season”
