“What a pity! This hotel could be fabulous. It is modern and stylish but the staff need to be trained in how to look after guests. To our mind the room we were first shown did not match our expectations: it had a lake peep not view. This may be down to an inadequate website description; but instead of offering us an immediate upgrade we had to argue our point with the receptionist.”

“I picked this hotel for its pool but the pool was closed until mid July. Otherwise it is a nice hotel and the staff is helpful.”
