“Really, really lovely space. Although the Wi-Fi isn’t as strong in the rooms, it keeps dropping. But apart from that, everything is 5-star.”

“The lush greenery around the property is appealing. However, there was confusion over the reservation, which took a while to sort out. Gaining access to the room, we discovered there were no towels. It took us three calls to reception and an hour and a half wait before receiving the towels.”

“So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend”

“The rooms were clean and well stocked with tiny soap, lotion, shampoo and water bottles. Mosquito net looked cute and not over bearing. Stylish actually. The meals were relatively nice and fresh. No upset tummies at all. Wish they served African snacks during tea time, e.g. mahamri and sweet potato. The staff were helpful and always pleasant. Discovered the massage amenities almost too late. Very reasonable and the ladies were nice and gentle, as we wanted. Not a great space for people who...
