"It's a very popular hotel due to its location and low prices, attracting lots of young tourist. As a result, it's very noisy. There's basically no sound proof. I could hear excited neighbors chat and laugh loudly after midnight, prompting a call to the front desk. Other nights, I could hear a couple having sex, although it was quite short.. LOL"

"Truly fantastic hotel! I was very impressed as this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I paid extra for higher floor with a view and happy I did. I had windows on both sides of my hotel room which made me feel on top of Taipei. Great friendly staff with excellent English ability. Comfortable bed and the best shower experience I've ever had in a hotel! Truly great rain shower with additional shower handheld sprayer as well. Hot water and excellent pressure. Perfect location. 5 minute walk to Beiman MRT station and 10 minutes to Main station. 10 minute walk or so to Ximen as well. "

I especially appreciate the convenient location. I needed to buy an extra carryon bag to bring home all my souvenirs, and was happy to find the many home goods stores right around the corner. "

"Last minute stay and did not disappoint. Great service. The only thing I recommend are more à la carte options for breakfast. I could not get a pastry and coffee or an omelet n coffee. It was either buffet or breakfast meal. "
