“Super quick and easy check in. The hotel room (king bed room) was huge, plenty of space, updated and very clean room!! The staff were extremely helpful and very professional.”

“Very nice hotel. Love it”

“Room was very dirty, hallways were dirty.”

“The front desk staff, especially Lorraine are always outstanding. They always accommodate us in the public seating areas and around the fire ring in the evenings and this is always my go to for my annual trip to Saint Clairsville – you can't go wrong staying at this place.”

“굉장히 깨끗하고 편안했음. 주변에 공사중인 공간이 있어서 보기에는 좋지 않았으나 전혀 문제되진 않았음”

“Staff was excellent, breakfast was great with good variety, hot tub was nice could be a bit warmer. The room was not as clean as expected. Chips on the floor on room. Very dusty behind tv. Bed was great.”

“Locked out of room the second night. Took 4 times and many up and down the steps to finally get room keys that worked and into the room. Very disappointed.”

“Bathrooms were dirty. Bedsheets and linens were stained. Hotel staff didn’t seem very polite. All that was for breakfast was white bread and milk. Underneath the beds look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The exercise room was nice though. Also the refrigerator and microwave was clean and the TV worked well”

“This is our go to place to stay anytime we’re passing through. It could use some updates but overall it’s clean, beds/pillows are comfy, staff is always friendly.”
