Needed to spend a night at LAX and the hotel was very convenient for that. The shuttle was easy to find and came relatively quickly. They were kind enough to provide me a late check out. The fitness center had good equipment.

The historic hotel is a charm so beautiful. The room I stayed was incredible, ocean views everywhere. My twins ages 6 had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. The pool area has a lot of seating are, towels, and tables. The temperature of the pool was just perfect. All the employees were above and beyond excellent in customer service. They definitely made me and my family feel welcome and special. Burke and Ihor were wonderful I like to recognize their outstanding work ethics and professionalism/ customer service. I been a few times at Santa Monica and the Eden hotel is by far my number one choice for hospitality.

The rooms are very modern clean and the bed is very comfortable the hotel overall is stunning

Clean room and excellent staff

I didn't like that my room was not clean. I called and asked a about the cleaning and I was told cleaning was only done every 3 days. I wish this information was giving at checking.
