“Bad experience ”

“Enjoyed my time staying at Art Villa Hotel! All staff were very friendly and were able to address any needs/concerns. Only drawbacks were that there are no towels provided and the AC didn’t work too well. Other than that it was a great stay.”

“Genesis et Henry sont formidables et offrent un excellent service. Par contre, l'autre employée (Barbara) n'a aucun sens du service à la clientèle. L'endroit est situé loin de Bavaro et Punta Cana, les Uber ne veulent pas nécessairement se rendre à la Ceiba. Il n'y a pas des restos proches pour manger, seulement des petites places locales. C'est ok important à savoir si vous choisissez cet endroit.”

“Great place and staff”

“Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The room was beautiful, very clean and the decor was so natural and lovely to see. The grounds were immaculate, the pools with all the natural rock was stunning and the pool table was a great added touch. The staff were so friendly, polite and knowledgeable that we never felt that we were just guests to them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a romantic get away or just want to get away to relax and recharge. ”

“Frühstück war ausreichend (Preis-Leistung) Geschäfte, Restaurant, Strand in der Nähe. Leider war das Schlafsofa für einen 12 jährigen sehr klein. War bei uns aber kein Problem. Zimmer etwas älter aber sauber. Man kann von einem B&B nicht einen Standard von einem 5Sterne Hotel erwarten. Für unsere 2 Tage Aufenthalt daher sehr gut.”
