"My experience was not the greatest from the minute I walked. Two employees at the customer service desk, I was not greeted I had to politely ask which one would be taking care of me. The young lady waved me over with her hand. I asked for a manager she said no one available only then two. I asked for a first floor because I had my special needs grandson with me she says said none were available I was handed a key to my room no directions nor map of where room was located other than a gesture with her finger pointed up and told me the second floor and "breakfast is served at 7am". When I got to my room it was a single queen size bed room, and I paid for a two queen size room for 4 people.. after a second attempt we got another room on the 2nd floor. There were two that towels one hand in towel one wash/face towel in bathroom two very flimsy pillows on each bed, the bathroom walls were not in very good condition the bathroom walls had black mildew. This place is in very bad conditions. There were 4 cats hanging out by office rear entrance that had foam plates with food laid out for them around the office area close to the pool and another black cat inside the office area. I would NEVER stay here again and am considering reaching out to corporate office on this very unpleasant stay. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, white bread slices a waffle area, cold cereal and oatmeal, was ok I think adding a meat would have been much better. The tv was very fuzzy. Place needs updating. "

"At first there was a misunderstanding on my behalf to where I apologize to Pablo who was very helpful. I booked through Expedia and was paying at the property when I arrived. However, I went to sleep and woke up my reservation being canceled. I was 30 mins away from the hotel with my family. I was livid. However, I missed the call and message of Pablo reaching out due to me sleeping. Once arriving I was still able to book and the room was amazing. Pablo was very helpful and understanding. I appreciate him and all his help. Looking to book again for a family reunion. Thank you again."
