"The room amenity of the coffee in the room is not satisfactory. They use coffee bags that you put in hot water like a tea bag and we did not find it tasty. The coffee at breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful as was the food in the restaurant."

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable for my terrible back. Breakfast options were limited and average compared to other hotels. Staff were not replenishing food an hour before closing. Coffee was empty in both restaurant and in main lobby one day. Parking was convenient. Pool and hot tub were nice."

"We loved the staff, the quiet location and the cleanliness of the property. We will absolutely stay here on our next visit to Eugene. Pros: room was clean and spacious. It stayed cool and was quiet. Fresh ice water and hot coffee was always available. EVERY front desk worker was so friendly and helpful! I was able to grab boiled eggs and bananas for us for breakfast as well. Only con was that there was no freezer in our room, and we needed to use our freezer packs in our sports lunches. I probably could’ve asked the front desk to freeze them for us."
