"Great room with great facilities. Helpful and friendly reception people and excellent location-close to everything we needed and a walk away from the famous Waikiki Beach and tour operators for whale watching and swim with turtles (and many more)."

"Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff."

"Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and fun with plenty of areas to sit. The only reason for my 4 star and not 5 is although rooms were very clean they also were a little run down with damaged outlets and worn-out furniture but still a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again "
