“The initial arrival when we parked in the public parking raised some concerns, however the lovely hotel security lady quickly intervened and directed us to the proper hotel parking, from that point it was fantastic! The room was spotless, big and well appointed. But THE VIEWS!… WOW!!! The hotel certainly lives up to the name! The staff were all brilliant from the moment we arrived to the point we had to sadly check out. We will be back again!!”

“Die Zimmer in 1. Stock sind über eine steile Außen-Holztreppe zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind direkt vom Gang einsehbar, da man außen an den großen Fenstern vorbei geht. Es gibt Vorhänge, aber wer will schon immer im dunkeln sein? Wir sollten zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr anreisen. Die Managerin teilte uns mit das sie nicht da ist, aber vielleicht ihre Reinigungsdamen oder sie hinterlegt den Schlüssel in einer Box oder... Es wirkte sehr unorganisiert und die Kommunikation fand über diverse WA statt. Nun...

“Great hotel”

“What a wonderful experience. Accommodation was exceptional. Restaurant was better than some Michelin Starred places we have visited. Food was out of this world. Service from Chantelle ( may be slightly different name, but young lady with red hair) was top class. Even the owner, lent us beach equipment. Rudolf was a brilliant host as was his lovely wife. What a gem of a place. Thanks also to Ben.”

“The room is a high standard, it’s secure and safe with an excellent breakfast. The property is on a main road, while one can hear the traffic it’s not a problem.”

“This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we were disappointed for the first time. It feels like things are being let go. Main restaurant isn't open for dinner so you either eat at the sports bar nearby or have to travel into a restaurant in George. We stay here for the golf, which is great but will probably go elsewhere next time around.”

“loved this location and luxury tent... the restaurant itself is a little bit gloomy ( too much dark wood for my liking) but the staff were super friendly and accomodating .. and you are there for the views and tranquility not the cordon blue cooking- ill be back ”

“Ausserordentlich nettes Personal. Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider etwas ringhörig. Frühstück verbesserungsbedürftig. Teilweise wurde erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Die Kaffeemaschine ist untauglich für die Größe des Hotels. ”

“Nous avons passé deux nuits, super guesthouse, Tom est très gentil et serviable. Vue magnifique sur la plage de Wilderness. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. ”

“Beautifull farm with fantastic views, mountains and sea, sunsets and sunrises. Interesting guests and nice vibe. Lovely outdoor deck where guests can relax and enjoy the views. Room comfortable and nice hot shower, clean. Blinds cannot be openen properly, broken ties. Communal kitchen and lounge area available for guests. Unfortunately, untidy, not clean, utensils, crockery and appliances tacky, some broken and not clean. Poor housekeeping and maintenance of all areas. Outdoor areas not well...

“Fitting aircons would definately add value to the stay. Rooms originally booked was very noisy but that has been sorted. Extremely hot, uncomfortable room with only a portable fan available. By opening the sliding door let mosquitoes into the room. The lication also next to main road with cars and trucks up and down 24hrs”

“Great stop off point on the Garden route. Hotel had great views across the ocean and nearby town and close enough to amenities to have a social gathering wander across to them. Room immaculate with great facilities. ”
