Just 2 minor issues on our stay,
We got in and tried to check in early. They said the room was not ready but they would give us a call when it was available. We sat by the pool for over 5 hours with a cranky 4 year old. We were up at 3am for the airport and we were all tired. At about 4:10 L walked over to the front desk to get an about date, and I was told the room was ready, and had been ready for some time. No phone call or text.
The 2nd item was just a smelly refrigerator in the room. Previous occupants must have had something pretty bad in there, surprised it was not picked-up by housing keeping. Bought some Armour Hammer baking soda and made it work.
Overall 5 star stay. Room was nice, grounds were nice, and with the exception of the "no call" the front desk staff was great. Will stay there again.

We had the very best stay at this property! The check in process was seamless and easy, we were given amazing recommendations of restaurants and how to get around. The drivers around property were responsive and always so sweet and friendly! Ersan and Eric and the whole crew made getting around easy and enjoyable! The pool was beautiful and full of kids and fun for my group. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend to others! It is a large campus and old but felt like that was part of the charm. No complaints from our stay and so glad we chose to stay here!

Gym was nice but a bit small. Our room was fine but the couple we were traveling with were out in an uncleaned room that was very dirty. They were able to switch rooms but seems like lack of quality control. Pool was nice but they ran out of towels
