"The hotel was fine — not great — definitely not bad — just fine. It was as expected from a resort of the caliber charging $500+ p/n, and worth the cost. The pro shop staff though …. Easily the most unprofessional bunch of screw ups I’ve encountered in all my travels. Worse than any bargain basement Motel 6 staff, this bunch couldn’t do anything right to such an extent that it became a joke to see what they’d screw up from day to day. Pure comedy. It actually made the trip in a sense because we’ll laugh about their incompetence for years to come. My advice if staying and playing here — get everything in writing. From your tee times to the number of players, to the greens fees and caddie requirements, GET IT IN WRITING. Also, go to the front desk after each round to make sure you’re billed correctly and promptly make corrections. Or don’t listen and enjoy years of laughter recalling just how comical their performance was. Either path works."

"Rooms very clean but unfortunately maids did not speak English so very hard to communicate our needs to them. I know this is a problem all over Florida and not just here. Free shuttle which went to Roger Dean Stadium was a plus EXCEPT for the night when, after being promised by front desk staff that there would be a shuttle even though it was a night game, we called the hotel only to find that the driver had gone home and we were on our own. NOT COOL!"

"We were there for maybe 16 hours total. Our main issue was the ac. While it worked, it was so incredibly loud. We finally just had to turn up the temp so it would not come on as often, but then the room was warm. By 4 am I just stayed awake. The sheets had some holes including a cig burn. But the checkin was super easy. The room was clean and it was quiet. "

"We stayed in a room on the side of Military Trail and Turnpike. The noise level is horrendous! Our room had a single-pane glass sliding door. Every time we entered the room we thought we left the door open, but it was not. Do not stay on the south side of the building. Other than that, our stay was fine."

"Nice property with spacious rooms—but slightly on the darker side inside because of the way the property is laid out. It’s on a busy road so expect some road noise, but it’s also convenient to beaches & attractions."
