“The room smelled very clean but the overall presentation of carpets and the building was just okay.”

“We had a pleasant stay. The bowling alley and restaurant/bar next door was a lot of fun.”

“I booked the room on expedia and to pay at the property. When I checked in they raised the price. I won't stay there again. I will go to my usual property next door to the bowling alley. I booked with them because they costs less, but it ended up cosing more”

“Rooms not available on time”

“Parking service overcharged me an entire day. We were there 1 night, less than 15 hours total until departure next morning. Got charged for one day plus 14 hours. Have dispute in that says it will take a 5 days to resolve.”

“The staff was great, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast offered was excellent!”

“Very clean. Nice fluffy towels. Bathroom light switches were a bit wonky, being far from the bathroom door on the outside. Make sure that there isn’t a wedding reception right outside your window if you are an early to bed type.”

“Let guests know an advance you can’t accommodate the room they booked for instead of taking it upon yourself changing it and letting us check in and telling us after”
