The butler service was above and beyond expectations. We could text him with ant questions, requests, dinner reservations, ect and was super responsive. This place has every detail really thoughtfully executed. Stunning rooms, excellent food, strong drinks, and the most beautiful pools.
Our son was obsessed with the kids club. All the ladies that work there were so engaging with our son. He loved them all and could tell they cared about his stay as well.

I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta.
Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful.
The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff.
Highly recommended.

La verdad todo increíble. El lugar impecable, súper limpio, y dormí como no lo hacía en mucho tiempo. Se nota que el host sabe muy bien lo que hace, todo en orden y sin un solo detalle. Sin duda regreso. Simplemente perfecto, 100% recomendado.

"Awesome property and being up in the hills and the jungle, it definitely has a different vibe than some of the other resorts around PV along the coast. It’s very close to Bucerías, but is a bit of a hike from PV (about 40mins). Feels much more immersive with nature. Only downside is it’s a huge resort ..."
