Excellent in every way. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Drinks were great, food was fantastic both at buffets and restaurants. Nice to have two kind of pools: quiet and social. Beach was super clean regardless of sargassum.

Our trip to the Melia as always was absolute perfection. The grounds are so well kept the rooms are very nice and the staff are so friendly and eager to please. Our personal concierge Oliver was so no top of everything we needed. We will be here again next October.
