It's a great hotel for date travel or travel with friends. Classy vibes! The building was formally a bank, the structure remained. There is even a vault downstairs, super cool! I enjoyed my stay at One King West! "

"My husband and I had a short overnight stay without breakfast so had limited interaction with the hotel. However what we experienced was a fast and friendly service at reception, easy valet parking, a really clean and spacious room with very comfy bed and a great view. The hotel gave us everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay again if we are in Toronto."

"This is my second time staying at Novotel in Toronto, and it was even better than last time. Excellent customer service when we found a hole in our bathroom, they sent someone right away to check things out. Room was clean, comfortable, and I liked that Room Service came later in the day so we could sleep in. Walking distance to nearly everything imaginable. Will return in the future! "
