โStaff at this hotel is simply outstanding in every aspect which made this stay even more enjoyable. Location is superb, food is beyond delicious and views are stunning! Iโve been to 100s of different hotels but hardly any are as enjoyable as this. Highly recommend! โ
โWe ended up taking a train early in the morning, the staff was kind enough to let us check in early. Phenomenal, customer service from the staff upfront.
Mind you this is a no alcohol place to stay. Regardless of that, we had a fabulous time and hope to stay here again when we come back to Mostarโ
โThe Staff are very helpful & friendly and we enjoyed our stay there. Location we good as it is a 30 minute walk to the Old Bridge unfortunately some of the footpaths are not the best but I would still highly recommend this hotel as parking was greatโ

โThe location is in the heart of everything! The Turkish breakfast was delicious. We had a very big room with a mini-bar, bathtub and shower, balcony with a lovely view. The bridge is practically outside your door. The staff are extremely professional and all speak excellent English. โ
