We had a pretty major issue in our room. It was promptly taken care of, but we were moved to another room because it was taking longer than originally thought. Great staff!!!!
The restaurant was beyond bad. We were sat at a table and forgotten about for 30 minutes. After we found someone to take our order, we waited yet again for a long time before our food was brought. Rude service and eyerolls when we asked for silverware. The manager came over to apologize about the service stating she wasn’t aware why we were sat in a section with no server; we can ignore the fact that it was she who sat us. No offer to discount, just a half hearted “oh sorry”…. Thought we should give them another try, as everyone has bad days. Walked in and asked if we could order food at the bar, the rude waitress said “I don’t know, you have to ask them”. I walked out. Hire better servers and you’ll do a lot better. "
