The Reach Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

"Each morning there was staff outside cleaning pipes, the walls and ceilings of the outdoor walkway areas. Staff was very responsive to our needs, and everyone was very friendly. Their restaurant had good food, the room was cool and had a ceiling fan which was helpful to keep cool. It is right on the waterfront. Just unfortunate we were there during a bad season of sargassum which is very smelly. They say it usually lasts about 3 weeks (mid May to early June) but has been about 2 months. This hotel is located on the south side of town right on the Atlantic. Other than that, it was good. Obviously they have no control over the algae problem."

"We stayed one night and well into the next day beyond checkout at the pool. Staff was great easy to check in room was fine for the one night stay especially for the price. The staff allowed us to store luggage and hang out by the pool until we were able to move to another hotel and meet up with another party.The only complaint would be that the shuttle was not available like I thought it may be to go down to Duvall and come back. We waited for quite some time and ended up getting an Uber, so the savings that we anticipated did not come to fruition."

"I was very upset when I arrived because I was expecting a full frontal ocean view. Instead I got a partial view.all the pictures I saw for the room was full ocean view so it was extremely disappointing and misleading. Honestly, had I known it wasn’t guaranteed I would have booked somewhere else. The manager spoke to me and she wasn’t helpful at all she just aggravated the situation more. The resort is nice and the rooms were spacious I just think the customer service could have been better and have a proper manager who can handle situations like that"

"Our stay at The Laureate Key West was absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. It’s a charming place in a perfect location, close to everything Key West has to offer. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our family. Waking up to the ocean view every morning and watching the breathtaking sunsets every evening was truly unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Laureate Key West to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation!"
