Every member of the hotel staff from the front desk to the bartender and wait staff we’re all so friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and also had friendly and attentive waitstaff. Definitely recommend this hotel. ”
“Location can't be beat! Very comfortable, clean and great restaurants all within walking distance. Fun shops too. Only "negative" was the in-room coffee. 3 decaf 1 regular and we asked for just regular but had to go out every morning to get coffee so we both could get our caffeine hit. Other than that, highly recommend.”
“This will be my go-to stay while in the Healdsburg area. Breakfast was delicious and inventive and the facilities were fabulous -- putting green, pickleball, pool -- all while in a quiet area of town. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were thoughtfully appointed, avoiding microplastics in cups and bottles. About a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants.”

The garden is absolutely divine, especially with the beautiful music playing in the background—it creates a magical atmosphere. While the food at the restaurant could use some improvement, the overall experience more than makes up for it. I will definitely be returning to stay at this stunning hotel again.”
“Beautiful property and always a pleasure to stay here. The room we were assigned was not accessible as the lock on the door would not give us access even after maintenance staff attempted it with the master key. The staff immediately remedied the situation. We were upgraded at no charge to a suite and taken care of. ”
“Small town, good rates. Hotel is modern, room was very clean. Restaurants in town all seem to close by 7. Would we stay again? Absolutely, but we would have something in our cooler for dinner!”
“It’s a fun hotel to stay at because it’s so old. The rooms were decent. I felt they were a little bit rundown. Staff was very friendly. I like the location of railroad Square, but parking felt very unsafe. You have to park a little bit down from the hotel. There’s a lot of homeless people in that area so was definitely nervous when I had to drive back at night and walk from the parking lot to the hotel as a single. ”
