"I personally don’t consider this hotel 5 stars starting by the service of the staff at the reception in exception of Amir A; it was extremely challenging to get what Expedia gave us as platinum members and Expedia was unable to communicate either with the hotel so we had to spend our time on this. The hotel surroundings is beautiful, there are deers, ducks, birds… this was my favorite part. "
