"The hotel is good. But it feels they are trying a bit too hard to pretend being a top 5-star establishment.
Some examples a we check-in in the middle of the night. Everyone was very friendly, and insisted that our luggage would be brought to our room straight away - it took 15 minutes- which is annoying when the only thing you want is going to bed. I would have been more than happy taking the suitcase myself.
Some of the carpets have stains.
The pool water also didn’t feel too clean.
At the moment, there is clear impact of the ongoing war, e.g. no airport shuttle.
The worst however, are the prices of the food options. Plenty of restaurants (pretty empty - see above), but quite ridiculous prices."
