처음에 체크인 하고 방번호를 잘못 써주고 방에 들어가니 담배냄새가 나서 실망했다 방을 바꿔 달라고 했는데 방이없다고해서 아쉬웠고 하우스 키핑하고나서도 나는걸 보니 담배냄새는 아닌것 같고 호텔 특유의 냄새인거 같다 창밖의 뷰는 앞건물 공사판이였는데 일하시는 분들이 가까이 보여서 커튼을 열고 있을 수가 없어서 불편했어요 5박을 연박했는데 방은 매일 깨끗해서 좋았습니다! 주차공간도 여유가있어서 주차하기 좋았다!

the property provided what it promised. My previous experience in Dubai with Four star accommodation was worst and that's why comparing the DoubleTree by Hilton was excellent.

Worst stay in Dubai last 15 years
I was expecting a new hotel which it clearly isn't. Lots of damages and windows have mot been cleaned in a very long time... the Burj Khalifa cannot be seen anymore like the picture in the adverisment. The matrasses are super soft and probably too old. No comfort possible. Overall servic and facilities are say below par of a Double Tree

Positif : la literie et la chambre sont calmes et reposantes. Proximité de l’aéroport. Négatif : Personnel à l’accueil avait l’air débordé, 20min d’attente pour le Check in a l’heure de pointe. Le personnel ne parle pas arabe avec des clients locaux avec utilisation de Google traduction à l’accueil. Assez original.. La chambre et la salle de bain sont agréables et fonctionnelles. La vue est obstruée par des buildings. Nous remarquons également une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre bien que les chambres soient non fumeur et que l’hôtel n’en soit pas responsable.

Je suis déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. En arrivant à 22h j’ai du attendre ma chambre 30 minutes dans le hall. J’avais demandé un étage élevé ou une belle vue, j’ai eu une chambre avec vue sur le parking au second étage…. Le plus décevant, la vue de la piscine est un montage, elle ne correspond absolument pas, un immeuble se situe juste devant la piscine, et donc il n’y a aucune vue sur la ville. L’accès au métro se fait par un chemin de sable, pas pratique avec une valise
