"Apartment was perfectly located. We had a corner apartment overlooking Burj Khalifa and fountains. Overall perfect for our short break. The only issue was the communication both prior to us arriving and on arrival. We had no contact number and spent 2 hours in reception area before we could leave cases. Then we were given incorrect contact number to arrange check in. This should be improved. "

"On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but...

"Stayed at this hotel just over a week and everything was great.Genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed at.The size of the rooms are great and come with a great range of amenities that are extremely useful and make you feel more at home.We had a duplex room and a superior 2 bedroom room and both were stunning and had great views.The staff are extremely kind and provided the best service during our stay.I would recommend this hotel highly."
