Such a great place for an extended stay. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and the staff are just excellent and love to help where they can. Room has everything you need. Couldnt recommend it enough. I will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment right on the water with beautiful view. We loved sitting on the porch/ deck watching the boats and people go by. The shower was a problem, dis not operate properly and leaked through to the bathroom floor. Everything else was spacious clean and great .

Loved it

The location is the best we vould have selected. Oceanview walkout patio, right on the bus stop w. Easy access to old town. 20 min walk to Copa Cabana beach. Loved it.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect because it allows you to walk to the new area and take 5 minutes bus or taxi to the old city. We had everything around us. The view from our room was stunning. The area had shops, restaurant market. We took tours on a boat and the port is 9 minutes walk. Highly recommend this place.

Good stay

Overall we had a very positive stay here. The staff are the best part of this hotel, they were really helpful and friendly before and during our stay. The location is great, view amazing, easy to get around the city and bus into old town or walkable too if youre ok with hills. Only thing I think could be done better was amenities - we had a huge bottle of shamoo/body wash in the shower with the label have washed off. I think if they added a few little extra touches it would elevate the feel a bit to match the "deluxe" name a bit more.

Great Location and View, but Wi-Fi Needs Improvem

This studio apartment is situated in an excellent location, offering a beautiful view of the harbour. It is located just 2 km from the Old Town and is well connected by public transportation. Two main beaches are within close proximity. Additionally, a restaurant and a supermarket are conveniently located on the ground floor of the building. However, please note that the Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow during our stay and unfortunately unusable, so we had to rely on mobile data throughout.

What a spot!

Fantastic few days at the Adriatic. The view from the apartment is the show stopper, uninterrupted across the harbour with its busy tour boats and of course the cruise ships. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk too. We did the walking trail around the headland ( approx 7km) recommended by reception, which was brilliant. The staff were amazing, pleasant friendly and very helpful. Sorted airport transfers for us which were excellent. The apartment was perfectly clean with everything in order and housekeeping came every day. Maybe a couple of upgrades required (bedroom lamps/curtains) but it did not spoil. Great bakery close by with beautiful pastries for breakfast, also shops and the supermarket all within easy reach. You can walk to the Old Town in about 20 mins or an Uber was €9. Buses ran frequently but we didn’t use them. We had a fantastic stay and holiday in Dubrovnik, highly recommend the Adriatic apartments. The Croatian people are friendly and genuinely seem happy for visitors to be there and most importantly we felt safe.

Man, those views!

Amazing views from the terrace make anything else that wasn't perfect about this apartment just fade away.... Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, our own hot tub. Great location. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and they both spoke English extremely well (as did most of the Croatians we interacted with). There was an excellent restaurant downstairs, and easy access to a bus station and grocery store. It was also a nice distance (roughly 2 km) from the Old Town, so it was quiet, and it was also easy to walk to the main touristy part of the city.

This is a great apartment with good amenities. Close to shops and restaurants. Public transport close by to get to old town. Beautiful view of the bay. Only thing they could improve on would be their communication as I only received the check in details very late, even after I had contacted quite early on, via WhatsApp and through Expedia.

The property is located right on the water. View of the harbour from our room was excellent. The staff at the reception desk were awesome, so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and well kept. The only issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite noisy and the lid on the toilet seat needs to be replaced. Not big issues and certainly did not diminish our experience.
