Usually in the province, people owns pigs. They breed pigs which can be a source of income. They sell meat and other pork products. One famous must try food in the Philippines is lechon- a roasted crispy pig stuffed with herbs, spices and condiments. It is skewered into a bamboo pole and cooked under heated coals. Our town Dulag was bombed by carrier planes from Oct 17-20,1944 during World War II. Dulag is known as the liberation town.
