"My favorite thing about this hotel was the shower head. Very powerful. We had a city view room on 11th floor. One of 2 complaints we had were that we signed up for 2 queen beds and received 2 full beds. We were told by staff that this was an Expedia problem and not their problem (although their own website lists queens as well, so be sure if this is important to you that you really delve into that). This made our sleep uncomfortable. There were 2 pools and 1 hottub. There were A LOT of unruly kids playing in the hot tub and pool both. Didn't mind about the pool, but we didn't appreciate being splashed and bumped into in the crowded hottub. Plus it there was a dirty film that looked like dirt or maybe worse once the bubbles stopped. It would have been nice if staff could have called the kids out on this, even with no lifeguard on duty."
