“I have never stayed in a hotel that offers a free beverage in exchange for saving the planet by minimising laundry. It’s an amazing concept which I would have opted for regardless, so very nice touch. It made me feel like you appreciate my business. Hotel is at the Center of activity. Few minutes walk to shops, bus station, museums, nightlife and restaurants. Very impressed by the entire experience. Thank you”

“Check in was good and easy and the restaurant was great. The rib-eye steak was amazing! Hotel room was good size but a little dated and extremely cold. The heating was only working for less than a minute and then it goes off. I tried to turn on severally but it wouldn’t turn on for another maybe 5 minutes or so then on less than a minute and then off. I struggled with cold through out the night. I was in room 6 for a night.”

“Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough. My husband and I booked on a whim to be close to St Andrews without St Andrews prices. Upon first glance my husband thought I was crazy, he assumed it would be run down, and not offer much because it was not in the city center. He sure changed his tune on that once we checked in.
