“It's a stylish hotel with a very good design. It's a little away from the square (it's close to the street, but you have to pass through a big road) and the surrounding scenery is not good. The food at the restaurant is not bad. However, the staff are very kind and the room is big and relaxed.”

I booked two nights here and I was asked by my company to stay an extra day so when I went to book an extra night in the apex I was shocked to learn it would cost me £160 per night without breakfast.
The first two days I booked was £127 per night + £14 parking fee.
So when I tried to book an extra night Expedia had bumped the price up to £160 per night .
I checked and there were plenty of rooms available so there was no excuse .
Absolute disgrace! ”
“I really enjoyed my stay. Juveria, the owner, was lovely and couldn't be more accommodating. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful. The window opened fully, which was a real bonus! Lots of buses into town but a lovely 10 minute walk, passing lots of independent shops en route. Very comfortable and clean. ”

“The decor inside the Malmaison is unique an interesting. The staff is kind and helpful.
The beds are comfortable and the showers are nice.
The food selection is good for breakfast. We did not eat there for dinner, so I cannot speak to that.
If you are traveling to Dundee, this is a good and convenient option. ”
“Great value for money accomodation. Location was amazing. Can be a bit noisy if you are looking out at the square. Very clean . Very comfortable twin beds and lovely shower. Looking around the hostel, it seemed what a hostel should be with different nationalities mingling in the kitchen and TV room. Easy checking in. Loved the place. Would recommend to anyone”

Breakfast was a fabulous choice and scottish breakfast was buffet but all food very hot.
Coffees excellent aswell from a machine.
