Pleasantly suprised by the room, much better than I expected. Bathroom a smidge bigger than the student accommodation I stayed in in Edinburgh, and that small amount made a big difference. Appreciated the shampoo, shower gel and handwash in bathroom, good scent. Also liked that bathroom had a proper light switch that I turned off and on and didn't switch off when there hadn't been alot movement after a minute or two. Bed was comfortable and clean. Appreciated the big shower towel provided. Although wish there had been one for the face, luckily I had one. Shower easy to use and good pressure. Checkin was smooth and pain free. Arrived after reception staff left but the security guard on shift was fab and ensured a smooth and informative checkin - while my terrible memory means I can't remember his name I am very grateful. I checked in on the 27th August 2026. Great and easy walk into and from city centre, which I did. Bus stop isn't far at all if a walk isn't your cup of tea or the weather doesn't allow. Loved how close Dundee law was. Found it easy to navigate there and back- just be warned fairly uphill and a fair bit of stairs (a little more than expected). Really like that it's gated and that room fob needed to even enter. Since I was solo travelling that made me feel extra safe. Only issue when asking online queries, specifically if I could access a iron generic replies were sent that never answered my question. I would 100% stay here again

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Property is nothing like the advertisement. Paint coming off walls, uncomfortable bed and pillow, faulty light in toilet, no kitchen facilities as advertised and no communication.
