"Lovely room — a little small for two people, but perfectly adequate for what we needed for a weekend stay. Just be aware that the toilet wall is practically see-through, so there’s very little privacy. The location is fantastic, with transport links within minutes."

"Lovely hotel. Staff extremely, friendly and very helpful. Superb location, just around the corner from the high street, with lots of good shops, bakeries, small supermarket. Lovely places to eat, especially for breakfast. Didn't take to long to walk from and to the train station. Around a 20 minute walk to the inner harbour along the river. There is a lovely restaurant there, Köpi Wirtshaus Duisburg. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel"

"WOW! We felt like we were staying in a Museum. The building itself was overwhelmingly beautiful. The rooms were well appointed. A piano player plays nightly in the salon and he is wonderful and such a great way to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The concierge arranged bicycle rental for us which was a fun way to ride around dusseldorf and get a little farther out of the aldstadt. The location was perfect for walking to aldstadt and riverfront and the konigstrasse. We would definitely stay there again. Super quiet at night. Slept like a baby! Staff was on top of things from check in and housekeeping and the concierge. Keep up the great work."

"This was a bargain! Clean modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. especially liked the open plan breakfast area which was complementary with wide choice of food. There was also food available at different times of the day. Well situated in the city. Parking was an extra €20 per 24 hour period which was a bit steep but reasonable compared with other hotels in the area. Would book this hotel again."
