“We enjoyed our stay here, easy access to everything, we enjoyed the beachfront location. The property condition was excellent, the kitchenette was well appointed and had everything we needed, our balcony was great, we used it often, we would come back in the future. ”

The restaurant employees act as if you are bothering them by being there, I couldn’t even order a cup of coffee without being side eyed by an employee. “Lovely renovated historic hotel right on the ocean in Pietermaai district of Willemstad. It was in a quieter area only 1 street over from great bars and restaurants. Our room overlooked the ocean, and there was a small private beach with lounge chairs. The staff was amazing, and helped us with airport taxi and recommendations in the area. Short walking distance (10 min) to the heart of Punda and 15 min to the floating bridge. ”

“The sewer backed up in our room and I had to ask for our room to be changed. That should have been an automatic. The bathroom floor was flooded, poop in the shower. ”

“The hotel hosted a wedding during our week stay without notifying guest until arrival. The infinity pool, beach club, and restaurant was all closed during our stay during this event. On two different nights music was so loud it echoed our room until 2:30am. Staff did nothing to help make our stay better after multiple attempts to speak with managers. Paid thousands of dollars for a terrible hotel experience. Thankfully the island itself is beautiful and we spent our days exploring it. ”

“We loved the Azure. Mike is an excellent host and the cleaning staff is friendly and efficient. You will get to know everyone before you leave. We enjoyed the Tourtoises in the courtyard, and we especially loved the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. We stayed at 3 different places in St. Martin’s and this was our favourite.
