From the gift that I received when I walked through the door to the freshly popped popcorn every evening and the warm and friendly staff--front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, and maintenance. Lali was absolutely amazing and checked in on me throughout my entire stay 😊. Lali was so professional, caring, and attentive. With all the amenities and friendly staff, I would recommend Aloft El Segundo-LAX 1,000x!! "

"This is a good hotel to stay at near LAX. The free shuttle to/from the airport is very handy. The room was spacious and clean. The ice machine on our floor wasn't working and one of the cleaning staff saw that we wanted ice so they went to another floor and got a large bag of ice for us. This was very nice of them to do this. All staff were very friendly saying hello and asking if we needed anything. There's a Carl's Jnr just down the road so we were able to buy a cheaper dinner than going to the restaurant. Our only disappointment was we booked a runway view room and confirmed this when we checked in. From our room we could only see the planes approaching the runway to land not actually landing or taking off."

"The description off the room is a bit deceiving, the photo shows a window covered with curtains and yes there is a window but you cannot see the outside… the bathtub was peeling I did complain but was not offered another room… they said there was no availability… I took pictures and I think this room should not have been rented if it needed repairs. I made this reservation over a month ago"

"The shuttle bus services not good. The driver’s attitude is below par. There are too much noises from the air conditioner inside my room which made me hard to sleep. Water pressure in the bathroom is a bit weak. "
