“It was just good”

“Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about”

“Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! ”

“I was promised a 25% discount because..1 ..ppl over me walked the entire nite across uncarpeted floors, making noise ALL nite and I traveled from NC for my son's wedding and had a dinner rehearsal the following evening, and 2....the ELEVATOR was out of service when i returned from the dinner...10:30ish and I...73 y/o lady had to walk up THREE FLIGHTS OF STSIRS after my sons wedding rehearsal dinner. The front desk lady did change my room to 1st floor but i still had to gather my belongings and...

“If you book with them they also charge you a surprise “deposit” when you get there. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the doors were so old and stuck i had a hard time opening them and getting inside. But You get what you pay for I guess. Overall I’d rate the experience a 2”

“The hotel is new and clean and very close to restaurants and also a short drive to downtown. We had a problem with our toilet flush that persisted over 2 days and the plumber needed to come in twice, plus we had to wait out the night without flush which was very annoying. But the hotel staff were friendly and reacted immediately plus Mary at the front desk was very accommodating and offered some good alternatives. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Parking lot was full of construction vehicles night 1 and the mattress was lower quality than I expected. But otherwise a great experience.”

“Be warned if you check in after 10 they have a phone number that’s not listed to call the front desk staff. I had to call their corporate call center and have them call and even they couldn’t get ahold of them. I finally got in with another guest who had a key. Very rude staff.”
