Took my money and I never set foot through the door. I understand the first night but the second is a joke. Avoid."

"This hotel was just average. The hotel is outdated. The tiolet jiggle and was unstable. Breakfast horrible, waffle maker wouldn't cook properly, coffee awful. It was an ok stay gor what it was. Staff was friendly. Hot water worked GREAT!"

"The location and the river is excellent but we were quite disappointed with what we came to for the price we paid. Unfortunately the terrace was not connected to the room so you had to walk out of the room lock the doors and walk behind thr building which wasn't convenient. Loads of dust and mouldy bathroom with some green liquid spilled in the cupboard. There were other rooms that looked nicer on the picture so I guess we were not lucky The river view was hindered by bin and rubbish over the green and dead plants on the patio. Communication with the host was spot on and very pleasant. This place has a huge potential to be the dream place to stay with some TLC."

"I was charged before arrival and I didn’t chose ther option. I am requesting a full refund for to working heaters, no one on site to help. Called for help for over an hour. No hot water. Carbon monoxide detectors not working. I would never recommend this place."

"Very clean room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Typically when you see a two story hotel with outside entry into the room, one might think it's an older hotel bought by a hotel chain and possibly older furniture and amenities. Well, this hotel is a two story building but surprisingly the direct opposite! It's clean, modern, with all up to date amenities! No doubt the owner/ management at this hotel has dedicated itself to complete customer support and expectations. Absolutely everything was perfect. The interior room layout was modern and very comfortable. Everything worked!!! Not one issue."
