“Al principio tuve un detalle con check in, pero inmediatamente dio seguimiento la gerencia y tuvieron contacto conmigo. Agradezco el seguimiento puntual y la calidez de la gente del staff. Es un hotel nuevo, está hermosa la ubicación y muy tranquila. La comida es muy rica. El desayuno incluido muy bueno. Las camas súper cómodas. El servicio de camaristas súper cálido y amigable. Regresaré sin duda . ”

“The staff are very sweet, friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing especially if you book the restaurants, I booked the steakhouse (The Cut) and the Mediterranean restaurant (Bellum) both so flavourful, even the buffet is good, I normally get veggies and their steak, nachos at lunch with their salsas and sauces, the nacho chips are so good. The desserts are great too not super sweet, everything was very easy for me. Make sure u hav travel insurance in case of emergencies. Drinks are great...

“I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great.
