“I will never take a hotel room again that is not carpeted--it's HELLISH. Echoing, uncomfortable, cold. The bed was ok--they're so high I need a ladder. I the room was not stocked with toilet paper--I saw the housekeeper and asked for some--it never arrived. The roll was empty. The breakfast ends at 9am--that's utterly ridiculous and a great way to make sure most customers can't get breakfast. The TV has no guide to help use the 2 remotes and find something to watch. AGAIN THE BARE FLOORS...

“The property shows swimming pool when I arrive there They told me that there was no pool. Also everything is outdated. The bedsheets had a lot of holes like cigarette burns and The bathroom was dirty no shampoo or soap to shower with and the towels were disgusting. Also the refrigerator was dirty. I was so disappointed, also the parking had a unpleasant smell”

“The condition of my room and the lack of security on the premises was horrible. Upon entering room 276, we noticed a strong smell of smoke and a strange odor. It appears the room was not properly cleaned; while the bedding was fixed, the floor was left visibly dirty. Additionally, the environment outside at night is incredibly uncomfortable. There are individuals loitering in the parking lot by their cars—drinking, smoking, and roaming around the premises. During the day it was okay, but the...
