"The young man and young woman that I interacted with over a 4 day stay weren’t taking ownership of issues and didn’t seem to care much about customer service.
For $180/night I expect more. General cleanliness and care of the property was poor. Dust, debris, landscape,tipped and full outside trash cans and tipped over for several days.
Ours and another customer showers were not working. Ours would literally stop flowing water and gurgle for a couple minutes. Then eventually start working very slowly again. My wife had to kneel and put her head below the lower spout once a little water flow started but it wasn’t enough to get up to the upper head. The next day for me, the same thing happened. I do plumbing, it was like the water got shut off. Sink and toilet still worked. Front desk offered a different room to shower in (or move to) but then didn’t follow through with the agreement we can come to.
Another guy said his shower was very low flow and Luke Warm at best for temp.
Elevator door would shut 4” then open again.
The gym exercise bike didn’t work.
When myself and the other customer were telling the younger guy about the shower situation he said that it wasn’t his problem as he was supposed to be off 20 min ago! What?? He didn’t care.
I’d recommend the holiday inn express across the street even though it’s a little more expensive. "
