“This resort is very comfortable. ”

“Great hotel!”

“Staff was helpful.”

“The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed the availability of the coffee and tea at the lobby.”

“Not as clean as it should have been. The front desk person was not very pleasant. The computer was slow. There was no coffee maker in the room . I was asked to go to the FD to get it myself, but, then a staff member brought it to the door. Did not even offer to bring it in and plug it. No bottled water was provided as most places do. Sunday breakfast omlet was good , but the Gravy (saturday and Sunday )and grits from saturday was too thick. Coffee was great.breakfast area was clean.”

“Nice place to stay!”

“This property was in a nice quieter location with airport transportation included. The staff were all very friendly, my room cleaned each day, and the breakfast each morning well stocked and the perfect start to the day!”

“We love the Hacienda and look forward to our return trip”
