Ok. Raised voices in foyer ar arrival. Receptionist who checked me in was really nice and effective in processing my arrival. TV a bit small and basic and no function for casting. Breakfast bar ran out of usual granola and not replaced. Nothing really wrong, just not the relaxing enjoyable experience ...

Novotel Southampton
Only issue was lack of AC…didn’t affect us but summer time could be a problem. Room clean, breakfast great, staff were lovely. Can walk from train station which is a bonus.
